• Direct Download: If you select "Direct Download" as your Method of Devliery it means that you will be getting a direct download link after the purchase. This download link contains all the necessary information such as Map Data and a video instruction on how to download/uploading data onto a USB in order to complete the update. If you are not computer savvy please kindly select "Ship USB" Delivery Method.
• Ship USB: If you select "Ship USB" as your Method of Delivery, a USB Preloaded with Map Data will be mailed to you. In order to carry out the update, all you need to do is insert the USB into your Mercedes Benz USB Slot and you will be able to carry out the update. Saves a lot of time and effort.

Your Navigation Update will not void your Warranty.

A Map License Key is a 6 Digit Password to carry out the update that is unique to each vehicle. You will need a Map License Key and will be provided one with this purchase.

If you select the correct year of your Vehicle and provide the correct Vehicle Identification Number, you will always get the Map that is compatible with your Mercedes Benz Command System.

Vehicle Identification Number is a very important piece of information that allows us to provide you with the correct Map Data and the right Map License Key in order to complete the update. This information is not shared with any third party. It is only used to provide the correct Map and Map License Key.

If you fail to update your Navigation system through the Direct Download method, we will provide you the technical support that you need. If you are still unable to carry out the update, then you will have to purchase a USB Preloaded with Map Data from us at an additional cost of $35USD.

You will not lose any contact or any other saved information in you Command System after the Navigation Update. The Navigation Update only updates the old Map Data stored on the system and does not change anything else on the Command System.
